Reservations & Payments

To confirm a booking with Romaric Tour Guide, the following payment terms apply:

• A deposit of 20% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

• The remaining balance must be paid 15 days before the scheduled departure date.

• Payments can be made via the following methods:

  • Bank transfer

  • Credit card

  • PayPal

  • Western Union

A confirmation receipt will be provided upon successful payment.

Failure to complete the full payment within the specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund of the deposit.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans may change, and we strive to accommodate our clients as best as possible. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure: Full refund of the amount paid.

• Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before departure: 50% refund of the total tour cost.

• Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure: No refund will be issued.

No refunds will be provided for no-shows or for unused portions of the tour once the trip has commenced.

Romaric Tour Guide acts as an intermediary between travelers and third-party service providers (e.g., transportation, accommodation, and activity providers).

While we strive to ensure the highest quality service, we cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Weather-related disruptions affecting the itinerary.

• Delays or cancellations due to third-party service providers.

• Personal health issues, accidents, visa issues, or lost belongings.

Clients participate in tours and activities at their own risk. It is highly recommended that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:

• Trip cancellations

• Medical emergencies

• Personal liability

• Lost or damaged belongings
